These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 1jjjj platform, including all gaming, betting, payment, bonus, and account services. Please read the entire document carefully before creating an account or placing any wagers on 1jjjj.

All 1jjjj accounts are strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. Creating an account or placing bets while under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 1jjjj account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under a different name, email address, or mobile number — are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the confiscation of any outstanding balances.
All promotional bonuses at 1jjjj are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional loopholes constitutes a breach of these Terms.
All financial transactions on 1jjjj are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in Section 7 of these Terms, subject to identity verification requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1jjjj login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. 1jjjj will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
1jjjj provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. These are available in your account settings at all times. Players who self-exclude from 1jjjj are prohibited from attempting to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1jjjj. By accessing or using any part of the 1jjjj platform — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 1jjjj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms by reference.
2.3 1jjjj reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 1jjjj will provide notice to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the 1jjjj platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 If you are accessing 1jjjj on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to accept these Terms on that party's behalf and that the party agrees to be bound by them.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any services on 1jjjj. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years old or above. 1jjjj reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately close any Account found to be held by an individual under the age of 21, with forfeiture of any associated balance.
3.2 One Account Per Individual. Each individual is entitled to register and maintain only one Account on 1jjjj. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 1jjjj Account. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
3.4 Eligible Jurisdictions. 1jjjj is an internationally licensed gaming platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 1jjjj platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. 1jjjj does not accept registrations from Players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.
3.5 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of 1jjjj, its subsidiaries, software providers, and gaming partners are not eligible to hold a Player Account or claim promotional offers.
4.1 1jjjj is required under its international licence conditions to verify the identity, age, and payment method of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before granting full account access.
4.2 The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:
4.3 1jjjj may temporarily restrict account functionality — including withdrawal processing — until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 1jjjj accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to promptly provide requested verification documents.
4.4 All KYC documents submitted to 1jjjj are processed and stored in accordance with the 1jjjj Privacy Policy.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1jjjj login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
5.2 All activity conducted through your 1jjjj Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was carried out by you personally or by a third party who gained access through your credentials.
5.3 If you suspect that your 1jjjj Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 1jjjj support immediately via live chat. 1jjjj will temporarily freeze the account pending investigation.
5.4 You must not attempt to access any other Player's 1jjjj Account or any restricted area of the platform. Attempts to do so will result in immediate permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6.1 All deposits into a 1jjjj Account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1jjjj does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR deposits.
6.2 The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on 1jjjj: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at 1jjjj's sole discretion.
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
6.4 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using another person's JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, or bank account — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.
6.5 1jjjj reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of any deposit. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction of withdrawal access.
6.6 Deposits are for gaming purposes only. 1jjjj does not operate as a payment processing or money transfer service.
7.1 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements on the account balance.
7.2 Withdrawals are processed within the following standard timeframes, measured from the time 1jjjj approves the request:
7.3 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of the withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum threshold will not be processed.
7.4 1jjjj reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing withdrawal requests that exceed certain value thresholds. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.
7.5 In the event that a Player's account is under investigation for potential breach of these Terms, 1jjjj may place a hold on pending withdrawal requests until the investigation is concluded.
8.1 All promotional bonuses and special offers available on 1jjjj are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. These promotion-specific terms supplement and, where they conflict, take precedence over this Section 8.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a 1jjjj Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
8.3 Bonus Abuse. 1jjjj reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting loopholes in promotional mechanics.
8.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the period stated in the promotion-specific terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's account balance.
8.5 Eligibility. 1jjjj reserves the right to exclude any Player from eligibility for a specific promotion at its sole discretion, including where a Player's betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated gambling activity.
9.1 All games and sports betting markets offered on 1jjjj are governed by game-specific rules published within the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that particular game or market.
9.2 Sportsbook. All sports bets, including cricket, PSL, table tennis, UFC, and football markets, are subject to the 1jjjj sportsbook rules, including rules on settlement, void bets, and in-play betting. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet placement.
9.3 RNG Games. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games — including slots, virtual table games, and instant win titles — are supplied by certified independent software providers and operate on independently audited random number generation systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the platform.
9.4 Live Casino. Live dealer games are operated in real time. Any technical error or disconnection that occurs after a bet has been accepted will be settled according to the result at the time the round is completed. 1jjjj is not liable for losses arising from disconnection events outside its direct control.
9.5 Voided Bets. 1jjjj reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, technical fault, or where the outcome has already been determined at the time the bet was placed.
9.6 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-event and aggregate payout limits apply to sportsbook and casino play. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting section of the platform.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jjjj platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
10.2 1jjjj employs dedicated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account that triggers suspicious activity indicators. Investigations may involve temporary account restrictions without prior notice.
10.3 Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 1jjjj reserves the right to permanently close the relevant Account(s), void any outstanding bets, confiscate any balance derived from prohibited activity, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.
11.1 1jjjj is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must not be used as a means of generating income or solving financial problems.
11.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all 1jjjj account holders and can be activated directly within the account dashboard without requiring contact with customer support:
11.3 Players who have activated self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account. Any new account registered by a self-excluded Player will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
11.4 Age Verification. 1jjjj takes underage gambling seriously. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any balance returned to the payment source. Players are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling content.

12.1 All intellectual property on the 1jjjj platform — including but not limited to the 1jjjj brand name, logo, website design, software, content, graphics, databases, and game assets — is the exclusive property of 1jjjj or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 1jjjj platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.
12.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 1jjjj platform without the express prior written consent of 1jjjj.
12.4 Any feedback, suggestions, or submissions you provide to 1jjjj regarding the platform may be used by 1jjjj without obligation of confidentiality, attribution, or compensation.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1jjjj shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to their use of the platform.
13.2 1jjjj's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 1jjjj does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Planned and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. 1jjjj shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.
13.4 1jjjj is not responsible for telecommunications failures, internet connectivity issues, or device compatibility problems that affect a Player's access to the platform.
14.1 1jjjj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
14.2 Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be confiscated to the extent necessary to cover losses suffered by 1jjjj or third parties as a result of that breach.
14.3 Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 1jjjj support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.4 Dormant Accounts. If a Player Account has not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as stated in the platform's current fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
15.1 1jjjj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most current version is stated at the top of this document.
15.2 Where a material change is made to these Terms, 1jjjj will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a period of not less than 14 days prior to the change taking effect.
15.3 Your continued use of the 1jjjj platform after the stated effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account in accordance with Section 14.3 prior to the effective date.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1jjjj holds its operating licence.
16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 1jjjj, the Player should first contact 1jjjj customer support via live chat to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 1jjjj aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full written response within 14 days of receipt.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, Players may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution service nominated by 1jjjj's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution service are available from the 1jjjj support team.
16.4 Nothing in this Section limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in the jurisdiction in which you are located.
